How Does This Work?
After placing your order we will prepare your order with all necessary documentation and schedule shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email
Your package will be delivered to the US/CA customs office for inspection and processing
After passing through US customs, a CA customs official will call you to collect payment for duties and taxes.
You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes. If you do not answer the phone call or pay for the duties and taxes, the package will be returned to Borkholder Archery for restocking and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
How Long Will Deliveries Take?
Expect 3-5 days for your package to arrive at the border and get through customs.
If you do not answer the phone call from the CA customs official, your delivery will be delayed.
We cannot estimate the delivery time from when your package leaves customs and is delivered to your address but it will be normal delivery times.
